A person has been stabbed to death by his elder brother following a family feud at Santoshpur village of Somoshpur union under Khoksa upazila.
The deceased is Imran Ali, 18.
Officer-in-Charge of Khoksa police station Motiar Rahman, said: “The two brothers were engaged in an altercation following a family feud on Tuesday afternoon. At one stage Farid Ali stabbed his younger brother Imran.”
“Locals rescued him in a critical condition and rushed him to the hospital immediately,” he added.
The OC said Imran died on Tuesday while undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Accused Farid has been detained in connection with the incident.
