72 Kakrail

Telefilm “72 Kakrail” will be aired on Maasranga TV at 2.30pm on Eid day. Written by Litu Sakhawat and directed by Sokal Ahmed, the film depicts an expatriate couple living in the US, who visit Bangladesh to sell the husband’s ancestral home. However, the wife is opposed to the sell-off and begins to secretly discourage potential buyers. Riaz and Tisha acted in the telefilm.

Bajro-Atuni

GTV will air telefilm “Bajro-Atuni” on Eid day at 2:10pm. Written by Morshed Chowdhury and directed by Adittyo Nazrul, the telefilm portrays two families —one struggling with financial constraints but is united and happy, while another rich in economic terms but lacking happiness and mutual trust. Dipa Khandokar, Golam Farida Chhanda, Litu Anam and Murad performed in leading roles of the drama.

Ajmeri Nama

Banglavision will air telefilm “Ajmeri Nama” at 2:10pm on the second day of Eid. Written by Kazi Sushmin Afsana and directed by Golam Sohrab Dodul, the telefilm’s story revolves around the struggles of a woman who comes from a well-off family background but gets married to a man financially insolvent. Bipasha Hayat and Azad Abul Kalam acted in the telefilm.

Soroker Naame Naam

Channel 9 will air telefilm “Soroker Naame Naam” at 3:00pm on the second day of Eid. Written by Abu Sid and directed by Dipankar Dipan, the play depicts a wealthy man who wants a newly inaugurated road to be named after him so he can impress a young woman. However, it so happens that a dog is killed in a road mishap on that road and people begin to call the road as ‘Dead Dog Road.’ Dinar and Nadia played the leading roles in the drama.

Bou

ATN Bangla will air telefilm “Bou” on the third day of Eid at 3:05pm. Written by Israfil Babu and directed by Zahid Hasan, the telefilm depicts an illiterate but very wealthy man who marries a university student and begins to learn how to talk like educated people from his wife. Jitu Ahsan, Swarna and Ahona are among the leading actors.

Ratargul

Banglavision will air telefilm “Ratargul” on the third day of Eid at 2:10pm.

Written and directed by Sumon Anwar, the play revolves around a boatman who tries to rescue a woman from a trafficker who wants to sell her off as a prostitute in India.

Tisha, Mamunur Rashid and Rawnak Hasan played the lead characters in the drama. Dhong er Pagol Telefilm “Dhong er Pagol” will be aired on the third day of Eid at 4:30pm on Channel i. Written and directed by Wahid Anam, the comedy revolves around a film director so passionate in his work that he only talks about filmmaking, and nothing else, whenever he meets someone. Zahid Hasan, Kusum Sikdar and Hasan Masud played the lead characters in the play. Tomay Notun Kore Pabo Bole Nisho and Farhana Mili play the lead role of the telefilm Tomay Notun Kore Pabo Bole where two lovers fall apart after one shows disrespect to another in a continuous manner. Nisho plays an angry young man named Raja who was brought up in a broken family. As per the nature’s rule of being attracted to the opposite character, he falls for a very tender-hearted girl Shiuli (played by Mili). They develop a romantic relation but Raja’s bad temper makes Shiuli scared and she decides to pull herself out from Raja’s life.  But Raja does not accept her decision and becomes furious after knowing that Shiuli is getting married to someone else. He decides to meet her for one last time. Written by Kawshik Shangkar Das, the telefilm will be aired on SATV on Eid day.
