Gonojagoron Moncho will organise a national convention on November 14 and 15.
A faction of Gonojagoron Moncho led by Dr Imran H Sarkar made the announcement on Friday afternoon.
The pro-liberation platform will also organiae a foot walk procession towards the law ministry on October 19 demanding reviewing the petition of Sayedee’s verdict and banning the politics of Jamaat-Shibir, Imran said while addressing a rally at Shahbag intersection.
However, the two factions of the Moncho staged separate rallies at Shahabag in the afternoon demanding capital punishment of Sayedee and other war criminals.
Kamal Pasha-led portion also announced to hold divisional rallies after Eid-ul-Azha and to form a coordinate committee of Gonojagoron Moncho with its activists.
