Mobile operator Grameenphone is arranging a `customer first day’ to listen from their fans through social media site facebook on Thursday.
The information was disclosed in its facebook page.
GP Chief Executive Officer Vivek Sood and Chief HR Officer Md Kazi Shahed will be live on GP's facebook page to answer queries of the mobile operator's fans from 11am to 12pm.
Grameenphone said it is for the first time in Bangladesh and in telecommunication sector that a service oriented operator is taking such an initiative.
The GP facebook page also declared to answer as many questions as possible.
On the occasion, Grameenphone uploaded a video clip where Vivek Sood said: “We are considering it as an opportunity to get one step closer to you and understand better what you expect from us.”
“This is an opportunity to build stronger relations between you and us,” Kazi Shahed said in the video message.
They said fans can ask any question and Grameenphone will try to answer all of the questions.
Sood said they have arranged the program because customers are their first priority.
Currently Grameenphone has more than 25 lakh fans on facebook, which is country’s highest in number.
