The hanging body of a youth has been recovered at Ziyostola in Munshiganj on Monday afternoon.
The deceased was Foysal Mondal, 20, son of Abul Hossin Mandal.
Officer-in-Charge of Sadar police station Ferdous Hasan said Foysal had been trying to go abroad since a long time and spent money for that. He, however, could not go abroad.
It is suspected that out of frustration, he might have hanged himself with a ceiling fan, the OC said.
Informed by the locals, police recovered the body and sent it to Munshiganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy, he added.
