Police, in separate drives, have arrested 57 people from different areas of Kushtia district.
They were arrested in a drive conducted by Kushtia sadar, Khoksha, Kumarkhali, Bheramara, Mirpur, Daulatpur and Islami University police stations from Thursday night till Friday morning.
Additional Police Super of Kushtia Abu Bakar Siddique said: “They were arrested in different cases.”
