A government probe body has started interrogating Dhaka range DIG of Police Mahfuzul Haque Nuruzzaman over the Narayanganj seven murders.
The probe body started interrogating him around 2:45pm on Sunday afternoon.
On May 6, as per the High Court directive, the public administration ministry constituted of a seven-member probe body to investigate the abductions and killings incident of seven people in Narayanganj.
Additional Secretary of the ministry Shahjahan Ali Mollah is leading the committee.
NCC panel mayor, along with six others was abducted on April 27. Later, their bodies were found floating in River Shitalakkhya on April 30.
Nazrul's wife filed an abduction case against Nur and four others on April 28.
