Police have detained a ward-level Jubo League leader with firearms when he was on the way to attend the rally of Awami Legaue at Suhrawardy Udyan yesterday.
The detainee was identified as Kamrul Islam Tutul, who claimed himself to be the joint-convenor of Adabor unit Jubo League, said police.
