A woman has been crushed under the wheels of a train at Bhurolia in Gazipur on Thursday morning.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Sub-inspector of Joydebpur railway junction police outpost Dadon Miah said the woman was crushed under the wheels of Dhaka-bound Jamuna Express train while she was crossing the train line around 7:30am on Thursday.
Being informed, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body and sent it to Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy.
