Team BJMC clinched the Walton Air Conditioner National (U-19) Women’s Youth Handball Tournament 2014 after beating Panchagarh 25-13 in the final held at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium yesterday.
BJMC were leading 15-5 following the conclusion of the first half. Shirina and Sumi scored eight and six goals respectively for the victors while Rahima and Ramnabina netted four each for Panchagarh. BJMC’s Shirina was adjudged player of the tournament.
