Three additional secretaries of the civil administration have been promoted to secretary.
The public administration ministry on Tuesday issued a gazette notification promoting them as secretary.
The additional secretaries are- Acting Secretary to the Public Service Commission (PSC) AKM Amir Hossain, Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority Fakhrul Islam and Director General of Department of Women Affairs Ashraf Hossain.
However, the new secretaries were not posted further until the report was made on Tuesday.
