AKM Salim Osman has been elected as president of Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA) for the third consecutive term.
BKMEA Election Board in a meeting, announced Salim Osman elected unopposed for 2014-2016 term, according to a press release.
Other newly elected members of the BKMEA are: First vice-president H Aslam Sunny, second vice-president Mansoor Ahmed, third vice-president Masuduzzaman and GM Faruk, vice-president (Finance).
Former vice president of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) Mohammad Ali was the chairman of election board of BKMEA.
