The Liberation War Affairs Ministry Secretary KH Masud Siddiqui has been made officer on special duty (OSD).
The public administration ministry has issued a notification in this regard on Monday.
According to the notice, Environment and Forest Ministry Additional Secretary MA Hannan has been made the acting secretary of the liberation war affairs ministry.
The liberation war affairs ministry sources said Masud made OSD due to his involvement in gold crest scam.
