Election for chairman post of Feni's Fulgazi upazila will be held on September 21.
Feni district Returning Officer Muhammad Enamul Haque endorsed the information to the Dhaka Tribune.
A press release signed by deputy secretary of the Election Commission Shahjahan Khan was issued on August 13 regarding the election schedule, Enamul Haque said.
Fulgazi upazila chairman and Awami League leader Ekramul Haque was shot first and then burned alive in his car in broad daylight in the town on May 20.
