Cadet colleges remain the best performing educational institutes in the HSC results this year.
Wednesday’s HSC results show the cadet colleges have topped in four of the eight education boards.
Faujdarhat Cadet College tops the list of the best colleges in Chittagong board, Comilla Cadet College in Comilla, Barisal Cadet College in Barisal, Jhinaidah Cadet College in Jessore, and Rangpur Cantonment Public School and College in Rangpur.
Feni Cadet College has secured the second position in Comilla board, Sylhet Cadet College second in Sylhet board.
Rajshahi, Pabna and Joypurhat cadet colleges have jointly held the second position in Rajshahi board.
In Dinajpur board, Rangpur Cadet College became the second best.
However, there is no cadet college in the top five list in Dhaka board.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid officially announced the results of the Higher Secondary Certificate and its equivalent exams at a press conference in the Secretariat around 1pm.
