The Border Guard Bangladesh recovered three Indian pistols, one revolver, five rounds of bullets and a large amount of drugs in Monkosha and Ajmotpur border areas in Chapainawabganj’s Shibganj upazila early, yesterday. Commander of 9 BGB Battalion Sheikh Mizanur Rahman said the recovery was made during separate drives in Monkosha, Azmotpur and Masudpur BOP areas. The recovered items include 423 bottle Phensedyl syrup and 12 bottle liquor, he said, adding that no one was arrested in this connection.
