Eight persons have been injured as the activists of Pahari Chhatra Parishad (PCP) attacked passenger of buses at Tholibari of Ramgarh upazila in Khagrachhari on Friday afternoon.
Additional Superintendent of Khagrachhari police Enayet Hossain Mannan said: “Angry PCP activists attacked on the buses protesting the arrest of PCP leader Real Chakma."
Real Chakma was arrested for his involvement with toll collection in the day.
“They have ransacked the glasses of buses that injured at least eight passengers,” he added.
He mentioned that police was preparing to file a case against the PCP men for their anti-law activities.
