A complaint has been filed in a local court of India against Bollywood actor Aamir Khan.
A LLB first year student Abhishek Bhargava lodged the complaint on Sunday in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Dilip Gupta, PTI reported.
The complaint was registered over an "obscene" poster of the actor for his upcoming movie 'PK'.
Aamir Khan has posed nude in the poster of the film 'PK', to be released on December 19, the report said.
The hearing on the case will be held on October 15.
After filing the complaint Abhishek told reporters: "In the poster of the film 'PK', which is slated for release on December 19, actor Aamir Khan has posed nude, which will promote obscenity in the society.”
“Therefore, I have requested the court to register a case in the matter under relevant sections."
