The agitating workers of Tuba Group will stage demonstration in front of the factory in the capital’s Badda on Saturday.
Moshrefa Mishu, president of the Garment Workers’ Unity Forum (GWUF) made the announcement on Friday.
The workers will continue hunger strike until their five-point demand is met, she said.
However, the workers’ leader rejected the proposal of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) to resolve the crisis within seven days as there is no specific date of payment and clear direction.
The Tuba Group workers began a hunger strike from Tuesday on Eid-day demanding their dues of the last three months.
