Amar Gaaner Nimontrone
On the third day of Eid, NTV has arranged for a special musical programme paying tribute to the legendary diva Suchitra Sen. The show will be televised at 5:30pm and is planned by the head of NTV’s programme department, Mostofa Kamal Syed. Produced by Humayun Faird, Moutushi Biswas is the host of the show. Singers Kona, Priyanka Gope, Anima Roy, Anupama Mukti and Nirjhar will present two songs each while the music arrangement has been done by Maksud Zamil Mintu. The singers have already recorded the songs giving new flavours but keeping the beauty of the original melodies.
The show promises to make the audience nostalgic by presenting popular songs such as Tumi Je Amar Ei Bhubone, Ami Swapne Tomay Dekhechi, Ei Shundor Shornali Shondhay, Kichu Khushi Kichu Nesha, Mor Bina Othe Kon Shure Baji, Ei Je Kache Daka, She Amar Buk Bhorano Chotto Ekta Chithi etc.
Jani Na Kon Montore
On the third day of Eid at 5pm, a special music show featuring the dedicated singer Bappa Mazumder will be aired on Channel 9. The show is named after Bappa’s recent solo album “Jani Na Kon Montore.” This show is part of the seven-day special programmes arranged on the ocassion of Eid-ul-Fitr. Bappa will present the audience with his contemporary songs and share many untold stories. The show will also feature various aspects of Bappa’s work life. Hosted by Amrin, the show is made by Irfan Mohammad Al Amin to spread the joy of the festival among the spectators.
Music with Arnob and Friends
ATN Bangla is brigning Arnob and Friends for the audience of the country on the third day of Eid at 11:50pm. The show titled “Music with Arnob and Friends” will feature personal stories of the singers and discussion sessions. The band is to perform their popular numbers in the show as well. The host of the programme is Maria Noor and it is directed by Rumana Afroz.
Shomoy Katuk Ganey Ganey
An episodic music show will start airing from Eid day at 11pm and will continue for eight consecutive days. The first two episodes are studio recorded but from the third episode, the show will be telecast live on Boishakhi TV. Artistes participating in the programme includes Sayed Abdul Hadi, Kumar Biswajit, Subir Nandi, Kanak Chapa, Asif Akbar, Salma, Rinku, Beauty, Nancy, SI Tutul, Monir Khan, Ankhi Alamgir and Krishnokoli. The show is produced by Islam Shafiq and the host of the entertaining programme is Farhana Nisho.
