The admission test of both government and private medical colleges for the academic session 2014-15 will be held on October 3.
Prof Dr ABM Abdul Hannan, director of medical education at Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has confirmed the matter to the Dhaka Tribune.
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has taken the decision in a meeting on admission policy chaired by Aiyubur Rahman, additional secretary (medical education and manpower development) on Thursday.
Foreign students will have to submit the application forms through respective embassies to the foreign ministry by November 15.
The admission procedure of the foreign students will have to finish by December 30.
