All the three maritime ports of Bangladesh have been asked to hoist local cautionary signal No. three as a steep pressure gradient has been formed over the North Bay and adjoining coastal areas under the influence of a strong monsoon.
The maritime ports are Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar and Mongla, reports BSS.
All fishing boats and trawlers over North Bay have been advised to remain close to the coast and proceed with caution till further notice.
