Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) will start selling advance tickets ahead of the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr from July 20 for the convenience of homebound passengers.
The BRTC has taken all necessary measures to sell advance tickets from respective bus depots, deputy general manager of BRTC Md Rafiqul Islam told BSS Monday.
The bus deports are Motijheel, Gazipur, Joyarsahara, Uthli, Narayanganj, Kallayanpur. A help-desk will be set up to provide necessary information to passengers aiming to ensure hassle-free advance tickets.

Rafiqul Islam said the BRTC will introduce "Eid special service" from July 24 to ensure safe and smooth movement of homebound passengers during the Eid-ul-Fitr. A total of 900 buses will be included in the "Eid special Service," he added.
The BRTC sources said the "Eid Special Service" will begin from July 24 and it will continue three days after Eid-ul-Fitr.
