Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's younger sister Sheikh Rehana and daughter Saima Wazed Putul have met Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
The meeting was held at Sonargaon Hotel in the capital on Friday morning.
Sushma also held a series of meetings with prime minister's international affairs adviser Professor Gowher Rizvi, economic affairs adviser Dr Moshiur Rahman, and BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia at the hotel.
Earlier in the morning, the Indian minister visited the Dhakeswari National Temple.
She left Dhaka by a special flight around 2pm wrapping up her three-day visit.
This was Sushma's first foreign trip since assuming office last month as the newly-elected Prime Minister Narendra Modi's foreign minister, following Bharatiya Janata Party's landslide victory in the Indian general elections.
