The High Court has postponed Gabtoli municipality poll, which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, for 90 days.
The HC has passed the order on Wednesday following a writ petition filed by NB Anwar.
In his writ, Anwar demanded to include two mouzas – Tarafsartaj and Darail – in Gabtoli municipality of Bogra.
Upazila Election Officer and also Returning Officer of Gabtoli upazila Adu Sayeed confirmed the matter to the Dhaka Tribune.
