International Crimes Tribunal prosecutor Tureen Afroz filed a general diary with Shahbagh police station on Sunday night, apprehending theft of information from her personal computer.
In the complaint, Tureen said she had found her computer’s wires, keyboard, mouse and monitor scattered when she returned to her office on Sunday after an 11-day leave.
The complaint added that the accessories of the two other prosecutors who shared the room with her were in place.
Shahbagh police station Inspector (investigation) Md Habil Hossain said the GD was filed around 8:30pm, and that the police would investigate the matter on Monday.
The draft verdict against war crimes convict Salauddin Quader Chowdhury was leaked last year. Later, the tribunal registrar filed a general diary with Shahbagh police over the matter.
