A murder case accused has fled from police custody in Mokamtala area under Shibganj upazila in Bogra on Wednesday night.
Bogra Assistant Superintendent of police Nazir Ahmed said: “Police arrested Mostar is an accused in one Sazzad Hossain murder case.
On Wednesday night, a team of police took him to Mokamtala area in order to arrest another accused of the case. But Mostar managed to flee from the police's CNG-run auto-rickshaw around 8pm,” he said.
However, he was not recaptured by the law enforcers till filing the report at 10am.
