President Abdul Hamid has reached New York after attending "Commemorative Summit of G77 and China" in Santa Cruz of Bolivia.

Earlier, President Hamid left Viru Viru International Airport of Santa Cruz in the early hours of Monday. During his visit to the United States. The president will visit the United Nations Secretariat in New York and hold a meeting with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on June 19.
Besides, President Hamid is set to attend a reception on Tuesday to be accorded by Bangladesh community residing in the US.
The Kishoreganj Samity in New York will also accord a reception to President Hamid on Wednesday.
The President is expected to leave New York on June 21 and return home on the evening of June 22.
