Police have recovered the body of an army staff hanging from a tree beside a bridge at Hathazari upazila in Chittagong on Monday morning.
The deceased was identified as Zafar Alam, a civil staff of Chittagong cantonment.
Hathazari police station Officer-in-Charge Md Ismail said police recovered the body around 8am.
He said Ismail might have committed suicide.
The body was sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, said the OC.
