A Natural Historical Museum and another most modern museum will be built in the country, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said.
The PM has said this when a four-member delegation of Bangladesh National Museum led by Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor called on her at her office here on Tuesday morning, reported BSS.
Hasina has also given directives to the ministry of cultural affairs to take quick steps to this end, PM's Special Assistant Mahbubul Hoque Shakil told the reporters.
At the function, Director General of Bangladesh National Museum Qamrun Nahar Khanom has handed over the annual report of the National Museum for 2012-13 and other publications to the prime minister.
Secretary to the Prime Minister's Office Md Abul Kalam Azad, Cultural Affairs Secretary Dr Ranjit Kumar Biswas, Chairman of Board of Trustees of National Museum M Azizur Rahman and PM's Special Assistant Mahbubul Hoque Shakil were present, among others.
