Three persons have been killed and four others injured as a tractor rammed an auto-rickshaw in Charkakra union of Companiganj upazila early Sunday.
The deceased were identified as auto rickshaw driver Habib, 38, passengers Alamgir Hossain Mirza, 30 and Harun, 25.
Companiganj police station Officer-in-Charge Sajedur Rahman confirmed the Dhaka Tribune about the deaths.
He said a tractor rammed an auto rickshaw in the area around 1am that left three dead on the spot and four others injured.
The injured were admitted to Companiganj Health Complex, Noakhali Medical College Hospital.
