Bangladeshi Salma khatun has been included in the best XI squad of ICC. The International Cricket Council, the highest authority of Cricket formed the squad as per the performance of the players in the recently concluded Women T20 championship in Dhaka.
ICC revealed the names of the players in a press release on Monday.
Players from Champion Australia and Runner-up England dominated in the Squad. Two players from Champion Australia were selected, while runner-up England had four representatives in the side and experienced Charlotte Edwards from that side is nominated as Captain.
Indian Leg Spinner Poonam Yadav is the only other Asian in the team.
