A railway official says at least three people were killed when a passenger train hit mounds of mud after heavy rain triggered a landslide in central Indonesia, reports AP.
Meanwhile, two others have been said to be in a critical condition.
“The train derailed at a junction in Tasikmalaya, a district on Java Island, late Friday,” said Junerfin, a spokesman for the Indonesian Railway Company.
