Malaysia Airlines authority sent a text message to the relatives of the 239 people on board the missing plane MH370. On that message they condoled them for the irreparable loss and confirmed beyond all doubt about the demise of all the passengers, Business Insider reports.
Message of the Malaysian Airlines
Malaysian Airlines deeply regrets that we have to assume beyond any reasonable doubt that MH370 has been lost and none of those on board survived. As you will hear in the next hour from Malaysia’s Prime Minister, we must now accept all evidence suggests the plane went down in the Southern Indian Ocean.
Malaysia Airlines says that it only used text messages as an additional means of communication, and that most families were contacted in person and by telephone in advance of the official announcement.
