Rajshahi University will reopen on Monday after a 35-day closure.
Meanwhile, the residential dormitories were opened for the students on Sunday, reports BSS.
Professor Eleas Hossain, public relation officer of the university, said: “The dormitories are opened and the classes will resume on Monday. The examinations would take place after opening the university”.
About cases and inquiry of the incident, he said, the cases, filed by the university authority, will be settled in accordance with laws.
He advised the students to keep their respective ID card with them when they will enter or stay in the campus.
Earlier on February 2, the university authorities declared the university closed for unidentified period following an attack on the general students by the Chhatra League men and police.
The students were demonstrating on the campus protesting hike in different fees and initiatives to introduce evening masters' courses.
Scores of students were injured and 20 were shot in the attack.
However, the university authorities, Motihar police station and Chhatra League filed six cases against a total number of 475 general students, including 105 specific names.
