A two-day long joint seminar on US and BD female officers & soldiers subject matter expert exchange (SMEE) has been held at the Army headquarters, reported a press release.
The joint seminar, which included both US and Bangladesh female army officers and soldiers as its participants, began on Wednesday and ended on Thursday with a dinner.
The seminar has discussed the challenges and obstructions that a female officer or soldier faces while discharging her duties.
In that seminar the speakers talked about how to enable women officers and soldiers to deliver their service equally to their male colleagues.
