Natore District BNP has urged the authorities concerned to recount the votes of the sadar upazila poll by Saturday or the party would enforce a daylong hartal on Sunday.
District General Secretary Aminul Islam declared the hartal plans in a press conference held at their temporary office in the Alaipur area on Friday afternoon.
Terming the poll results as “vote engineering,” Aminul said: “The Awami League candidate was made the winner by conspiracy.”
