Pabna and Rajshahi reached the zonal final of the Walton Inter District Volleyball winning their semifinals at the Naogaon Stadium yesterday.
Pabna beat hosts Naogaon 25-23, 27-29, 25-20, 25-14 in the evenly contested match while Rajshahi confirmed the final slot yesterday. Earlier in the day Pabna beat Joypurhat by straight 3-0 sets while Naogaon routed Joypurhat by the same margin. The matches of Syhet zone starts today. Sylhet, Habiganj, Moulavibazar and Sunamganj will play in the zonal round.
