The Home Ministry has asked all the departments working under it, to submit reports on their activities in a bid to make a presentation to show Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
In this regard, the home ministry has ordered the authorities concerned of police, Rapid Action Battalion, Border Guard Bangladesh, Ansar, Coast Guard, National Security Intelligence and other intelligence organisations to submit separate reports on works and activities.
State Minister for Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan confirmed about the meeting to the Dhaka Tribune.
Home ministry sources said the authority sought those reports for making a presentation for showing the Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina during a meeting with her.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to hold a meeting with high officials of home minister on March 13.
Secretary to the home ministry will give a presentation to the prime minister regarding their activities.
The secretary will also give details about their short term, mid-term and long-term works to Sheikh Hasina in the presentation.
