The prosecution and defense completed deposition in the case of crimes against humanity on Jamaat-e-Islami leader AKM Yusuf on Wednesday.
International Crimes Tribunal 2 set February 12 the date to begin hearing argument in this case.
Jamaat's senior leader Yusuf was indicted in August, 2012 over 13 charges of crimes committed against humanity during Liberation War of 1971.
Investigators found Yusuf's involvement in the murder of eight people and killing of masses, looting, and forcefully converting Hindus to Islam.
The Jamaat leader allegedly formed Razakar and peace committees in the Khulna region during Liberation War.
