A person was killed and 25 others injured as a bus fell into a roadside ditch, losing its control in the Binnati area on Kishoreganj-Bhoirab road on Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased could not be known immediately.
Police and witnesses said a Dhaka-bound bus fell into a roadside ditch after losing its control in the Binnati area around 1pm, killing one on the spot and injuring the others.
Upon receiving information, police and fire rangers rushed to the spot and conducted the recovery work with the help of the locals.
The injured have been admitted to Kishoreganj hospital.
