Yet another arson attack victim succumbed to his wounds at the Chittagong Medical College Hospital burn unit on Thursday morning.
CNG auto-rickshaw driver Md Sahabuddin, 35, died around 6am.
CMCH police outpost In-Charge SI Jahirul Islam told the Dhaka Tribune that Sahbuddin had received severe burn injuries on Saturday when blockaders set his vehicles on fire as he was crossing Feni Trank Road in the Sadar district.
Locals rescued him and admitted him to Feni Sadar Hospital with 40% burns. He was shifted to the CMCH burn unit at a later stage, as his condition deteriorated.
