From the beginning of her acting career, noted actor and director Afzal Hossain is a significant personality for popular TV actor Tarin’s career.
Tarin’s first TV play was “Phuler Bagane Shap” where she played the role of the child character of Afzal’s lover. Tarin’s first TV commercial was also directed by Afzal Hossain. Later they entertained viewers by pairing up in several productions and it was eight years back when they were last seen as a couple in a TV play titled U-Turn.
They will be seen together on the small screen once again in an upcoming play titled Golpoti Shotti, directed by Noim Imtiaz Neyamul. The play will be aired on January 15 on SA TV on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the channel.
While talking about performing in this play Afzal Hossain said: “I don’t perform regularly in TV plays now-a-days. However, I cannot ignore it totally. I had to keep the request of Neyamul who had worked with me for a long time. Moreover, the story of the play is absolutely different.”
Tarin shared: “Afzal bhai is a living legend in our country. He is our family friend and it is always comfortable to work with him. Every time I work with him, I learn something new.”
