A person was killed and four others injured over a family dispute in Nishchintopur area in Bogra on Wednesday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Shah Jalal, 24.
Shibganj police station Officer-in-charge MdFazlul Karim said Shah Jalal and his family members locked into a clash over children playing game in Nishchintopur area around 10am that left five people injured.
He said Shah Jalal was rushed to Bogra Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital in a critical condition where he succumbed to his injuries around 2:30pm.
Later, Jalal’s father Fazlar Rahman was sent to Dhaka in a critical condition.
Meanwhile, two people were arrested in connection to the incident.
