Combined Sports Family (Sammilita Krira Paribar) organised a human chain condemning the act of Pakistani parliament and the offensive comments of former Pakistani cricket captain Imran Khan regarding the hanging of Abdul Kader Molla yesterday.
The speakers condemned the act of Pakistani parliament that slammed Molla’s hanging and urged the government to severe diplomatic ties with Pakistan in order to keep the country’s decency and sovereignty intact. They also urged the people to boycott Pakistani goods.
The human chain presided over by Fazlur Rahman Babul saw sports organisers Harunur Rashid, Dewan Shafiul Arefin Tutul, Badal Roy, Sheikh Md. Aslam, Satyajit Das Rupu, Khawja Rahmatullah, Kamrunnahar Dana and others speak for the cause.
