Bollywood beauty Kangna Ranaut might have failed to impress the masses as in her last film Rajjo, but it looks like she is all set to make up for the loss, in her upcoming film Queen. The first trailer of the film is out, and it has impressed the critics and audience. From youngsters to adults – everyone has been going gaga about it on the social networking websites.
Queen is an unusual story of a Delhi girl – Rani (played by Kangna), who is all set to be married, but somehow ends up going for her honeymoon to Amsterdam and Paris all alone. That, in itself, sets a hilarious plot of the film. However, the mystery behind her husband’s (played by Rajkumar Yadav) absence during their honeymoon, is not revealed in the trailer.
To top it Kangana Ranaut brings her comic charm to the trailer making it a cute and funny treat for the audience.
The antics of Kangana Ranaut are quite interesting with the typical West Delhi accent making the character more believable. Her attire (jeans, skirts, kurta and sweaters) add up to the character.
Here Kangana wailing, complaining, experiencing jitters before the honeymoon, and later dancing and having fun in foreign lands. The act reminds one of her film Tanu Weds Manu – another hilarious comedy.
There are, however, no other similarities between the two films. Just the way Kangana manages to look wonderfully cute and has brilliant comic timing.
