According to a report in Mid-Day, Priyanka Chopra will be paid a whopping Rs6m for the seven minute performance at a New Years party in Chennai.
The organisers were of two minds before giving their nod to Pee Cee’s exorbitant fee, as the actress wasn’t going to sing, but only dance at the do.
However, the organizers eventually gave in owing to Pee Cee’s immense popularity, which will ensure they too make more money because of increased attendance.
