Bangladesh Army emerged as the champions of the Victory Day Rugby Championship beating Flame Boys by 31-7 points in the final match at the Paltan ground yesterday.
A total of four teams took part in the day long meet where Army and Flame Boys defeated Victoria Club and Khilgaon Pragati Sangha respectively to set up the final clash.
National Sports Council (NSC) guard commander and freedom fighter Shamsul Haque inaugurated the tournament as the chief guest.
