Jamaat-Shibir activists put barricade on four points of Chittagong-Cox'sbazar highway in Satkania and Lohagara upazilas of Chittagong on Thursday night immediately after the execution of their leader Abdul Quader Molla.
AKM Emran Bhuiyan, ASP of Satkania circle told the Dhaka Tribune.
On information, police rushed to the spots and tried to remove the barricade from the streets.
Meanwhile, the Jamaat-Shibir activists went on rampage in Chittagong and Cox’sbazar districts after Molla’s execution, reports our correspondents.
