A court in Bogra issued an arrest warrant against 22 BNP and Jubo Dal members on Friday, in a case filed over arson attack on vehicles and for attacking a filling station.
Bograsadar police station sources said the warrant includes the names of the district BNP Assistant Secretary for Youth Affairs, the town Chhatra Dal President, and the town Jubo Dal President.
Earlier, filling station Manager, Rafiqul Islam, filed a case accusing 35 to 40 unidentified people for setting fire to a banana laden truck and bus in ShahartaliJhopgachha area on October 22.
Later, the miscreants also attacked the filling station that incurred a loss of some Tk10 lakh.
